The support services of SAP software solutions, which Teka Systems offers to
its clients, provide stability of the system, during all the time of its use,
and also optimize the system resources and the running processes in the system.
The support services give you the opportunity to use the system in the best way.
Teka Systems has built support methodology, where the main goals are:
- To manage the problems and the changes whenever and however they appear.
- To monitor the occurrence of problems and to organize their resolution procedures.
- To monitor the appearance of changes and the evolution of their analysis, planning
and implementation.
The support / maintenance provided by Teka Systems for the Information Systems
is categorized in:
- Corrective, which concerns all the activities that have to do with Detection, analysis
and resolution of problems or defects that prevent the proper functioning of each
subsystem. Those defects can result from the equipment and the way of its completion,
the operational software (genuine coding or O/S – RDBMS customizing), the applications
software (genuine coding, tuning customization, adjustment to the operational
needs of the organization).
- Evolutionary, which is pointing to the continuous operational and/or technical escalation
of the Information System or its secondary subsystems. That escalation can target
the constant adjustment of the System on the continuously changing demands of
the operational environment (new software versions, extensions etc.), the changes
in the demands of the business environment, the improvement of the System based
on a certain criterion (stability, efficiency etc.)
