Teka Systems has considerable experience in the sphere of information technologies, and since 1999 has been investing heavily in acquiring technological and expert knowledge in the field of SAP ERP system. The company has established partnership with SAP AG, via its subsidiary in Greece-SAP Hellas. Since 2000, Teka Systems has been awarded the status of SAP Competence Center and has become main solution provider for the group of Viohalko, where it is a member.
 
The Bulgarian branch is a SAP AG partner for Bulgaria and SAP Bulgaria partner in the implementation of software solutions, adapted for different sectors. The implementation is accomplished by a team of certified from SAP AG consultants. They have the necessary experience from different projects, both, in Bulgaria and abroad, knowledge about the business processes in the relevant areas of SAP. The clients’ business requirements are analyzed and the proper SAP software solution is selected.
 
For each implementation project, the team of consultants applies the following methodology,   established by SAP AG:
 
  • Analysis of the customer’s needs
  • Study and description of the business processes, regarding the SAP R/3 implementation.
  • System planning and development, from the point of view of hardware and software integration
  • Installation, customizing and optimization
  • Development of specialized programs for interfacing SAP R/3 with another software, where it is necessary
  • Training of the customer’s staff
  • Monitoring and support of the productive start of the system, after the project completion
  • Maintenance of SAP R/3 system

The SAP HR Payroll implementation project in Stomana Industry S.A was successfully completed.
The SAP HR Payroll productive start is already a fact in Stomana Industry S.A.
Since the beginning of July 2005, the employees' salaries in the company are being calculated with the HR module component-Payroll Accounting. Payroll Accounting is operating completely in compliance with the bulgarian legislation requirements and the legal framework. The HR Payroll implementation, performed by Teka Systems, started in July 2004, as a part of the second phase of the SAP R/3 implementation project in Stomana Industry.... more info
