Teka Systems was established in December 2003 as a subsidiary of Teka Systems-Greece. It is a SAP Competence Center , part of the Greek concern- Viohalko Group. Teka Systems is a partner of SAP AG for the implementation of SAP software solutions. It is also a SAP Logo Partner.

Teka Systems aims to offer a high quality service to all its customers in the process of investigating of the business needs of a company, the implementation and the support of SAP system.

The Bulgarian team of the company consists of 15 consultants, who are certified by SAP AG and who have the necessary experience from various projects, both, in Bulgaria and abroad.

The consultants’ team covers all the areas of the system: Finances / FI/, Controlling /CO/, Materials Management /MM/, Sales and Distribution /SD/, Human Resources /HR/, Production Planning /PP/, and Base Components /BC/.

The consultants, working at Teka Systems have participated in various projects developed in companies such as Stomana Industry, Vest Ltd., VW System Electricity, The Ministry of Finance, Factory for non-ferrous metals- Plovdiv , Coats-Bulgaria, ML Systems, Coca Cola.

Furthermore, the branch in Bulgaria is fully supported by Teka Systems-Greece and has the opportunity to use its resource. Teka Systems-Greece, which was established in 1975, has developed a team of 150 highly-qualified specialists, who have gained experience in many projects with specific functionalities-such as trade chain management (SAP Retail), projects in the industrial and public sector, in the field of high technologies and health care.

Customers of Teka Systems in Greece are leading companies such as Halkor S.A, Sidenor S.A, Sovel S.A, Hellenic cables S.A, Erlikon S.A, Etem S.A, Vodafone S.A, Elval S.A, Shelman (Wood processing), DOL (Press group), and YGIA (Hospital).

In January 2004, Teka Systems completed the first stage of the project for the implementation of the integrated business management system SAP R/3 in Stomana Industry S.A. This first stage of implementation includes the following modules: Finance and Accounting /FI/, Controlling /CO/, Materials Management /MM/, Production Planning /PP/, Sales and Distribution Management /SD/.

The Production Planning module is the first implemented with fully functionality SAP production module in Bulgaria
The implementation of Human Resources module is determined to be the second stage of the project. It includes also the modules: Payroll, Plant maintenance (PM) and Quality management (QM).

Being a SAP Competence Center , Teka Systems organizes for its customers training regarding to SAP system and offers consultant services for the system maintenance.
